Refund policy

Each piece I create is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for orders placed through my website.

Your rights (Australia & New Zealand)

Under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:

  • faulty or damaged
  • not as described
  • not fit for its intended purpose
  • damaged in transit

If the issue is major, you may choose a refund or replacement. If it is minor, I may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian or New Zealand consumer law.

International customers (United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and other regions)

For customers outside Australia and New Zealand, I comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

Where required by law, including in the United Kingdom and European Union, you may be entitled to a cooling-off period or additional statutory rights for online purchases. These rights apply in addition to this policy.

Returns (change of mind)

I do not offer returns for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue and packaging

I will assess the situation and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Changes to orders

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. I will do my best to accommodate changes where possible, but I cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
