Shipping policy
I run this business with my partner alongside our other mahi. While we always aim to process and ship orders promptly, there may occasionally be delays due to workload or unexpected circumstances. We appreciate your patience and support.
All orders are shipped from Australia. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
All prints are protected with acid-free paper and shipped either flat in rigid envelopes with hard backing or carefully rolled and sent in protective postal tubes, depending on size and format.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

- New Zealand

Processing Time
I aim to have all orders processed within 5 working days. This allows time for printing, preparation, and personally signing each piece.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–7 working days
- New Zealand: 5–8 working days
These timeframes are based on postal estimates and are not guaranteed, but are generally reliable depending on local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at set rates based on print size and destination. These rates are subject to change based on postage costs.
The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
