Shipping policy
Please keep in mind that I run this business with my partner alongside other mahi. Orders are always processed as quickly as possible, however occasional delays may occur during busy periods.

Shipping & packaging
All prints are carefully packaged either flat with acid-free protective paper in a rigid envelope, or rolled in protective tissue and shipped in durable postal tubes, depending on size and print type.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.
Processing time
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed. This allows time for your artwork to be printed, personally signed, and carefully packaged before shipping.
Processing times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or public holidays.
Delivery times
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
- Australia: up to 7 working days
- International: typically up to 14 working days depending on destination and local postal services
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at fixed rates based on print size and destination. These rates may change from time to time to reflect carrier pricing.
The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All international orders are shipped from Australia.
Orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and vary by country. I am unable to estimate or control these costs.
For clarity:
- United Kingdom and European Union orders may be subject to VAT and import handling fees
- United States and Canada orders may be subject to import duties depending on local thresholds
- Aotearoa (New Zealand) customers: orders over NZD $1,000 may be subject to GST and/or customs charges collected by New Zealand Customs
Delays and responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post and local postal services. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside my control.
