In Ngā tamariki #2, one child gathers another close against a backdrop of earthy reds. Their unflinching gaze insists on presence, positioning tamariki not as symbols of "future generations" but as living embodiments of whakapapa now.
Together, these works affirm that culture is not simply inherited - it is already alive within the youngest among us.
